1.5 km harbour swim, 40 km on closed road along the coast, 10 km along the foreshore. The one people build their season around.

I understand that participating in this event carries risk of injury. I confirm I am medically fit to take part, I will follow the directions of event officials, and I take part at my own risk.

- Is the bike course closed?
- Fully closed for the whole 40 km, both directions.
- When does transition close?
- 6:20 am sharp. There is no late entry to transition, and no exceptions - the swim start is on the far side.
