1.5 km harbour swim, 40 km on closed road along the coast, 10 km along the foreshore. The one people build their season around.

FAQ

Is the bike course closed?

Fully closed for the whole 40 km, both directions.

When does transition close?

6:20 am sharp. There is no late entry to transition, and no exceptions - the swim start is on the far side.
